Story: 8/10

That Bowser can't be happy until Mushroom Kingdom is his. Its your job, just as it is every plumber's, to stop him and save Peach. Its your basic Mario, don't expect the story to change too awful much.

Graphics: 9/10

For a SNES game the graphics are nice. Its cartoonish but thats how the system looked, and how Mario should too. A lot was done with the basic sprites and the feel is right for the game.

Music: 10/10

Nintendo has some mighty music power. Almost every game, especially Mario, has a great set of tracks. Even before the orchestral music the 8-bit sound track was amazing. You always know if Mario is being played nearby if you hear Do-Do-Do-Do-Do DO.

Fun: 8/10

Mario is awesome. The game is awesome. Go play the game.

Characters: 10/10

Nintendo makes sweet looking monsters. Shy guys, Boos, Kammy Koopa, Bullet bill, and Yoshi are all sweet. The sprites all look good and the characters all have sweet names too. ?

OVERALL: 9/10?
