1. Rapture - Bioshock
Sub-aquatic sweetness, with a small psychopath problem.

2. Dalaran (Pre-destruction) - Warcraft III
A city full of magic and it has sweet floating gems above the towers.

3. Jacinto - Gears of War 2
A nice ocean view, and solidly defended.

4. The Undercity - World of Warcraft
An underground retreat complete with glowing canals.

5. Du Weldenvarden - Inheritance Trilogy
A city built of trees sounds kinds dumb, but would actually be bitchin'.

6. The Citadel - Mass Effect
Not only is the view awesome, but there is also a lot of sweet futuristic clubs.

7. Laputa - Laputa: Castle in the Sky
A giant floating castle with sweet robot guards. Ancient Tech + Sci-fi Tech = Epic

8. Ilos - Mass Effect
A giant refuge for the Protheans, with sweet statues littering the area.
