The best bad guys don't abuse their right to the speech, and laugh. They just go head first into the fight. However some of the speeches are cool (namely Sovereign's "We are the pinnacle of evolution and exsistance" speech). Most of the best also do their?own dirty work, because?you just can't find good evil henchmen these days. While there have been many greats, there are only 13 that made the list. Here are some near misses.
