     The Resistance is the latest album by the moden rock legends Muse. This album is an illusion to 1984 and other Orwellian literature, and carries the feeling in the songs. Alternating between apparent moods of fear, uncertanty, anger, and vengence it captures the rebelious human spirit in an audio form. Uprising and Resistance are by far the two strongest songs, but the rest of the CD will not leave you disappointed. The three part symphony has been seen as a bold new direction or a last minute addition to the disk. Personally I believe that it captures the entire essence of the soundtrack, symbolism, and spirit that The Resistance was about. Muse fans will enjoy the latest hits, as well as new listeners to the newest British Phenomenom.
