Premise: 10/10

If you saw the last episode of FMA you know why having a movie was important. The end of the show almost begged for the movie to come out with so much unanswered. I'd go deeper but I wouldn't want to ruin the series for anyone.

Animation: 9/10

FMA did a good job on the show and the movie continues that.

Action: 8/10

The alchemist battles are always sweet. However since Ed is on the other side he sees the typical movie type action. If I'm going to watch an anime movie I'd like for them to stick to the insane flashy explosion filled battles.

The End: 8/10

You will probably see it coming.

OVERALL: 8/10

Rent but buy if your a fan of the series.?
